Apart from knowledge sharing, community building is also what I’m passionate about—these two are what have led me to think of creating a Slack community that will enable me and business leaders like you to share business and management insights. It’s already in the works. If you want to be a part of it, hit “Reply” now :) Looking forward, Mario

Every time you respond to workplace conflicts or employee concerns, what do you find most challenging to deal with? In order to handle conflicts effectively, always look through a professional, not a personal lens. Mishandled conflicts may alienate people or lead to worse situations than what you first started with if you do not remain objective and professional the entire time.

How to evaluate employees based on ROI? I'm ROI-oriented because metrics are the only objective area that allows you to project and build a long-term strategy. And one does need an evaluation strategy to measure ROI across the team (or the organization). This is clear to most managers especially for revenue-generating roles whereas the hire should generate a multiplier on their work.
