Dealing with clients can be so tricky you either end up pissing them off or pleasing them too much—and more often than not, the latter can even be more damaging to both parties. Don’t get me wrong. The satisfaction of our clients is always part of the end goal in every project we work on. But the more important agenda is to make sure that our clients get the best-suited solutions that they NEED, although it’s not always what they “want” at first.
