#AskPeshev 56: Scaling Through Coaching and Tooling (Maybe Slack?)

“Building a relationship based on trust is crucial.”

Really excited about the month of September here. Stumbling upon a lot of people launching their ventures now, and existing businesses pivoting into new industries or verticals.Needless to say, that opens up to new business opportunities 🙂Additionally, we’ve just announced our formal acquisition of WP-CRM System, one of the leading CRM players for service-based businesses working with WordPress platforms right now! (Read up the press release by the Tavern below)Lastly, there’s one thing I can use YOUR help with. We’re discussing our own Slack community to collaborate with team members in different capacities. It will be paid, but plans will be really modest for participation and scale the more you need some help with business and operational consulting. The model resembles existing groups such as 10XFactory and Traffic Think Tank, offering premium online spaces for motivated entrepreneurs eager to execute in certain areas. The difference here is me being available in different capacities as a scaled coaching model that I could offer to hundreds of subscribers, not just a handful of clients I can realistically work with in a month.Let me know if that sounds appealing for the time being. If we get a few dozen people interested in forming a potential group, we may execute this now (instead of next year which was the original plan). Thanks!Mario

Mario Peshev, the CEO of WordPress agency DevriX, officially announced he had acquired the WP-CRM System plugin this week. Formally, his company Premium WP Support is taking the reins for the project. Scott DeLuzio, the creator and previous owner of the plugin, published the news on his blog last month.
