The hiring process is broken and we know that.In a study by TEKsystems surveying 13,000 job candidates and over 1,400 employers, 71% of employers have discovered misstatements in resumes and 40% of them even found a required skill (reported in CV) was nonexistent.Examine your employees in key areas to have higher chances of success in finding the right fit.
