“Launching a product that scales will depend on your opportunity toidentify an idea worth paying for.”

Over the course of the COVID fear and due to its impact on business, three of our long-term clients asked for low retainer/maintenance packages for a few months to keep business intact. This was a great opportunity for us to polish our in-house products and prepare 2 SaaS solutions for launch over the coming month (plus a couple of plugin acquisitions in the works). Some of them are long overdue, and the recession unblocked some resources to make this happen. After twelve years in running businesses, we’ve developed several recurring revenue streams and built a safety net to ensure we’re in good shape in times like this! And as I kept meeting with product managers and CEOs of product companies, I realized that investment opportunities are limited too - and startups that hoped to pitch a simple MVP and get funding for a massive build are in a tough spot right now.So I spent some time and prepared a massive guide on bootstrapping a product internally - from ideation through validation to resource allocation, business planning, and what goes into a product. If you have been looking into ways to productize a service you offer - or have some time to work out an idea and pitch a more affordable solution to your clients, this is the go-to guide you need to start with.Mario
