The past week has been devoted to training activities.I led a workshop on career opportunities and the difference among the different companies offering tech jobs last week and yesterday, I spoke about building a strong and effective team at an entrepreneurship event for the largest tech meetup community here.Training and onboarding are paramount for recruiting tech talent.
