Howdy! We’ve been busy with several marketing initiatives over the past several weeks. We're about to announce a new promotion tool for writers and contributors (including executives who get featured or interviewed here and there) and two separate networks for business professionals we have been working on lately. This effort is slowly pushing our endeavors into a micro media group for executive and entrepreneur opportunities that are not currently available on the market as an effective package to leverage. With the initial legwork that commenced back in early 2018 and later this year, we should have all the moving pieces bundled together. As with most long-term ventures, the initial investment takes a while, but I’m really excited about what is coming up - and appreciative of your support over the past year.As a loyal subscriber to my list, I’ll make sure I announce these early on once we have a beta version of each initiative ready to play with. Stay tuned for future updates and here’s what else I’ve been busy with in the interwebs for the past week.

“How much does X cost?” is one of the most common (and yet complicated) questions in the software engineering industry.Estimating development projects is rarely a straightforward process, because of the broad gap between “simple” and “truly complex” variation of the same business problem, along with the external context (all 3rd parties) — and let’s not forget unclear requirements and scope creep.
It’s hard to stay motivated and productive without the right process in place. Spend time reading more on psychology and neuro-linguistic programming. This will help you immensely with your client communication skills, training abilities and overall control over your own mind.
A lot of peers in my network reach out for feedback regarding VA services since I hired my first assistant back in 2015. I've worked with agencies, VA networks, and individuals over the past (nearly) 5 years and consecutively gathered some valuable experience through trial and error. Here's what you need to consider if you're currently looking for a virtual assistant.
