“The crispier the onboarding process, the more efficient the employees become, the better the outcome.”
— Mario Peshev
This is my last newsletter before the holidays so I want to take a moment and thank you so much for your support over the past years. The engaged community is extremely important for me. Without the guiding light, I would be rambling on random topics with varying regularity. This year has marked the beginning of a new chapter in my digital presence. I consolidated two old blogs into a brand new one (MarioPeshev.com) and decided to document in a structured manner on topics concerning managers and executives. It took several months to get some traction and my first pillar on top business challenges already generates 10,000 - 15,000 reads every month. I will be investing in new topic clusters around the main segments of business pain points I see, along with some adjacent topics for everyone (communication, productivity, stress management, etc.)As usual, if you are interested in specific topics, let me know and I'll add them to my backlog.2020 will mark the launch of a new executive community but the details aren't set yet. I've been discussing some prospective partnerships since September and brainstorming on the best approach to build a valuable business hub for entrepreneurs, executives, and managers striving to level up.If that sounds exciting, I would be honored to keep you in the loop during my journey. If you feel that your colleagues or peers can benefit from my guides, I'd be thrilled if you decide to share them. No pressure of course!Let's dive into the latest stories from last week. And if we don't touch base until next week, happy holidays!

When it comes to eCommerce, the first one is social selling through different social channels. The second thing is more and more purchases to voice-control devices.
