Vision is my term for the week. I'm currently reading 'Traction' and diving deeper in the Entrepreneurial Operating System, helping my workshop group focus on career development and identifying the right company, and writing down a business plan for a product we've acquired.Vision is the predecessor of Culture, which results in Focus and amplified Results. You don't want to gamble when it comes to business growth or recruitment since these mistakes are massively expensive.

Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia are able to obtain and develop. As an alumnus myself, I'm extremely happy to start this career workshop program that prepares young talent for life after graduation (and even during that for some).
